Alicia and Emma have been friends their whole lives, save for a brief hiatus in middle school when Emma got her period early AKA became a bitch, and Alicia had headgear. They’ve now reached a level of best friend codependence exclusive to women in their twenties and are both working in Los Angeles, with Emma having recently served as associate producer on Hannah Fidell and Gina Welch's UNTITLED WITNESS PROTECTION pilot with FX, and Alicia serving as associate producer on the upcoming Amazon series EVERY YEAR AFTER. Their dream is to revive the 90s teen comedy, but also to write the kind of existential horror that stays under your skin for days, and everything in between.
